Bronans mobility products are covered by 12 month warranty, bathroom products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, unless they are faulty, other products will be marked with their individual warranty period

Return shipping
All return shipping costs for items that are returned will be at the customer’s cost
Bronans will only credit a customer the return shipping cost if the item is faulty or if it is different to the item you ordered
Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are in their original condition with tags attached
Customer will be refunded the purchase price of the product excluding delivery charges
Please retain your invoice as you will need an invoice number to enquire about your products
Bronans reserve the right to offer no returns or exchanges on hygiene items like commodes, pans, shower chairs, stools

Bronans will provide a full refund if we cannot fulfil orders due to limited quantities
